Disable maximize button when resizeable equal false

When windowconfig set to
resizable: false # Make the main window resizable

I think it should disable/hide maximize button.

Hi, yes that's an issue @waken22 reported to me some times ago. Thank you for creating an issue on gitlab.
This issue has been resolved on web-view's side (the crate we're using to create the window and the web-view) but has not yet been released.
