Merging to Julia-Embedded

Following up on my message because I didn't get a response from you, I am creating this issue.

 It seems this organization is not active and you have not had much progress yet. I believe we should merge this to https://github.com/Julia-Embedded , and I will give you access.
This allows active developers to contribute to our goal.
