Merge from Open ZWave since it's ahead

Consider merging from https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave since for some configs, their config is ahead of yours.

For example, see: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/master/config/inovelli/lzw31.xml
where they had already fixed PR #16 and have added 2 revisions:
