Feature request: publish to public npm registry

Now it is said in document
`npm install git+https://github.com:FISCO-BCOS/nodejs-sdk.git\#master -s`
It looks bad since it did not always fetch master branch, while in SDLC we talked further about release, tag and published packages. 

Is there any difficult in make use of default npmjs registry or github as npm registry?
