Bug description
Vanish should ignore achievement alerts, what does being revealed entail.
Steps to reproduce
Set your vanish, get any achievement (this is most likely also for send slain and deaths.)
Expected behaviour
The achievement receipt message should be silent.
Actual behaviour
The message sends and reveals you.
