Incorrect mappings given with Good confidence when number is different

For example, "metalloproteinase inhibitor 2 measurement" maps to "metalloproteinase inhibitor 3 measurement"

Also "cadherin 1 measurement" maps to "cadherin 5 measurement".

I guess there are many cases where the edit distance is small but very important. We may need to revise the algorithm?
