Card Creator join tx for saveCardContent and addArtwork

Currently when minting a new card OR editing a card, a user has to sign 2 transactions. It would be better if this was just 1 tx. Also it would be nice if it recognizes if the image has changed and only issue the 2nd tx if the image has changed and the same for the content.
