No blocked threads in CPU profile

A recent CPU profile we gathered did not include any information on 2 of the threads. We assume this is because the threads were blocked. It would be very helpful if ddprof could also produce so-called "off-CPU" profiles [1]. The approach is to track perf sched_switch events and use eBPF stack trace support, as Brendan Gregg describes in a few articles.

Thanks for the report. Off CPU is not scheduled for now as we are first moving to the OTel profiler. There were already efforts in the OTel profiler to support this.
