[ERROR]can open arch

hi, i just download archand use

LxRunOffline i -n UF -d c:\WSL\UFull -f <c:\whereabouts_of_the_downloaded_image> -s

to install it on my computer, then restart. but it show this:

then i run LxRunOffline sm -n arch:

how to fix it?

[edit] the error only show when i try to open arch by wsl -d arch

[edit] i can't even found the ext4.vhdx file!!
