Add documentation on the TickerQ scheduler. You may use GenAI for this. We suggest using a spec-driven approach to this if you do.

And you need to update https://github.com/BrighterCommand/Docs/blob/master/SUMMARY.md to give it a location. It should go in the Schedulers section.

i've made a pr for the documentation

while i was working i've made a sample for the TickerQ in the samples section
using aspire
