Extract libampart so it could be linked to other programs.
As a side-effect many aspects of ampart would be reconstructed to improve efficiency and maintainability.
This started at March 24th, 2025 and I stopped working on it due to lack of time and loss of interest.
Posted here for discussion and maybe I would come back to finish it (who knows?)
